When Centisure approached us, they had recently acquired two new insurance agencies the prior year. While the expansion increased their footprint, they struggled with inconsistent sales performance across the different offices. Our audit revealed:

  2. AI-Driven Lead Generation & Prioritization

    • Deployed AI systems to identify and score leads from multiple digital sources (Google Ads, LSAs, and referral channels).

    • Automated lead distribution, ensuring high-value opportunities went to the right producers at the right time.

    • Reduced manual data entry by integrating AI tools with the agency management system. All leads were documented accurately 100% of the time.

    • Deployed cold email and AI voice cold call system that would score leads on pre qualification settings, reach out to them, and book meetings with producers with a fully enriched profile in AMS.

  3. Bind Rate Optimization

    • Implemented AI-powered quote follow-up campaigns via email and SMS, personalized by line of business.

    • Introduced predictive analytics to flag high-likelihood prospects and guide producers’ outreach.

    • GPT bot was provided to the producers that analyzed questions the insured had in real time and gave play by play scripts and answers to those questions in real time. All of the feedback by the prospect was then analyzed by AI and put into a weekly report sent to the manager.

    • Provided coaching to sales staff on using new tools to increase confidence and consistency.
